Stupid Things

Okay, so here has been my life lately.

The Hubby almost always parks his car on the road. I get up at 5:30 a.m. (not every day) to go to the gym. So the Hubby decided to park on the driveway the other day and he didn't tell me. I don't look in the rearview mirror when I back out of my garage. No one is ever behind me! Except the other morning when suddenly, crunch, yep, I ran our almost new minivan into his car and put a nice big ol' scratch on the bumper.

So you guys know I started a new blog, right? I thought I was being so good when I printed out all 200 pages of my old blog, kind of like a journal right? I didn't want to lose all those good stories about my kids, which is why I started the blog to begin with. Then, I meticulously went through and deleted EVERY last posting, and THEN I realized I had only printed out every OTHER page of my blog. Talk about half the story!

So I went for my 1st baby ultrasound on Friday. You know when the technician says, "Would you like to go empty your bladder and then we'll take some more pictures?" And then you run out of the room saying, "Yes, yes, an empty bladder sounds really good to me!" Well, take your purse with you when you do that. I didn't take mine and shortly after that noticed my wallet was missing. I don't know if he took it, he seemed so nice and had such a nice face. What I do know now is that my wallet is missing.......

I am blaming ALL of this on being pregnant. It sounds like a good excuse anyways.

Weekend with the Bro

Easter Weekend we got a visit from the Hubby's brother, Grant and his girlfriend, Kiley. It was the first time we got to meet her. We went for a LONG hike with me being of course, the prego. My belly [feels] huge for being 13 weeks, maybe it's just me but it looks huge too. We thought it might be twins, but we had our first ultrasound and there is only one little bugger in there. I think I am relieved.

Easter

In Case you were Wondering.....

So in case it wasn't obvious (i.e. you're not reading the blogs I am reading), some friends of mine were having some problems with strange readers making odd remarks on their blog about their kids and spending enormous amounts of time perusing their photos so we decided to scale down and try to make ours a little more secure. To all our blogger friends and readers, thanks for staying tuned........
