really slacking on the blog but here's a few pictures for Nana! Here's Twinkle Toes reading to little lids. I was super tired today for some reason. Lids was a grouch today. Made homemade bread though, yummy! Twinkle Toes is getting a tooth pulled on Friday. Apparently all her teeth want to come in behind her baby teeth. It is super annoying, so she has twice as many teeth as she should!
We've known for awhile that Grace has a "funny" eye. We've watched over the last year as it has gotten worse and turns in a little. It's really noticeable in her pictures. The doctor said it is from straining and that glasses should help correct that by not working her eyes so hard. Well, we finally got her into the eye doctor and no surprise, she has terrible vision. The squinting, the fear in parking lots, the "please hold my hand." This is all making a little more sense now. It's hard not to wonder if this is all a consequence of the high blood pressure she had as a baby. There's no way to know but it certainly could have contributed. So Gracie got glasses yesterday. We're trying hard to build her up about them so she will want to wear them so if you see her, tell her how great she looks in glasses! I guess if they are truly helping her vision hopefully she will want to wear them.
