Do you love this stuff? I do! My neighbor gave me the idea the other day to can this stuff. I don't know why I didn't think about it before. I was trying to dry the gazillions of apricots we had and it just wasn't working out. They kept getting too dry and burning up. And there's jam, but there's only so much jam you need and apricot isn't my favorite. So I seeded my apricots and put them in a pot with some water, sugar, and lemon juice. I boiled them and then strained them and voila! Apricot nectar. It was DELISH!
First there's the Hubby. Then there's me, Crazy Momma, third is Twinkle Toes, then my Sweet Boy, and oh we can't forget Amazing Grace, my miracle girl.
