Once a month in our church we fast from food for two meals and then give the money to the poor and needy. It's called "fast" Sunday. So today Twinkle Toes asked me in church, "Mom, is it fast Sunday or slow Sunday?" I told her it was slow Sunday. "Yeah", she cried, "on slow Sunday we get candy in Primary!" I nearly fell out of the pew laughing.
We're off to Portland!
